From a girl into a woman
The beginning
Sally was born into a loving family where almost everything was right. She was born with the last name Copeland and she had a twin brother named Miles. Sally had troubles to say her brother's name so she called him Milco. A mix of Miles and Copeland. Almost everything was perfect in the Copeland family, at least in the beginning. Sally's father loved to drink and it wasn't a big deal when he could control it. Soon his drinking spinned out of control and her father started to do things that he never would have done if he wasn't drinking. He was hitting her mom and they fighted very often. Sally's father decided to leave the family and he took Miles with him. Sally continued to live with her mom who re-married and changed her lastname to Keating.
One day Sally's mom and her new husband where out on a boat trip while Sally was in kindergarten. Sally's grandmother picked her up and she couldn't say a word to little Sally. Sally knew something was wrong but she had no idea what. When her grandmother was calmed down she told Sally that her mom and her new dad had died in a terrible accident. Sally and her grandmother developed a close bond and Sally started to love her like a mother. Sally's grandmother soon got Alzheimer and Sally had to skip school to take care of her. When her grandmother got so sick that she couldn't take care of herself and little Sally couldn't help her, Sally was taken away. She was fostered out and came to a loving family with the last name Fletcher. This was the third time Sally changed her last name. Her memory of her brother Miles made her create a imaginary friend and she didn't go anywhere without him. Her foster family get to know her imaginary friend by the name Milco, and none knew that he was real.
Sally comes to Summer Bay
The Fletchers decided that they where going to move to Summer Bay and Sally was very excited.
